Wonderful, hardworking and very ambitious clients of mine purchased a full gut cottage in PEC.

When we first met, they were thinking perhaps it was too much of an undertaking, and maybe just offload it entirely and cut their losses.

But, instead, they trusted in me, my vision and DLD’s design process. We assembled a strong, talented team, and went for it.

The results are astounding. The before and afters blow me away.

With thoughtful design changes, this beautiful and incredibly charming short term rental, is the epitome of luxurious, approachable design, for everyday living. A DLD must!

This primary bedroom includes a luxurious fireplace, oversized windows for panoramic viewing, and a comfortable, relaxing sitting area.

Honestly, what more can one ask for?

I mean, the wood textured ceiling to add dimension and depth is a pretty fabulous bonus!

We contemplated at length the design direction for this fireplace. A fresh coat of white paint and a wood mantle for the win. Love the texture from the brick, and not to mention how cost effective this solution was!

Guest bathrooms; a space that should feel luxurious, welcoming, fresh. Think…hotel vibes.

In a full scale reno, guest baths are often an area where we can scale back on budget, without compromising the overall look and feel.

This Yorkville condo had 3 bathrooms to update. The guest bathroom is an ensuite and gets a lot of use.

We wanted clean lines with a twist of urban.

Carrying the quartz material behind the toilet provides a super sleek, modern look. Paring that with a graphic floor tile creates interest and edge! The oversized porcelain wall tiles are luxurious and that custom grey vanity accented with gold gives us the New York boutique hotel vibe we were after!

A quick trip to Niagara Falls with my loves to celebrate Family Day ❤️

We enjoyed the waterpark, arcade and Ripleys Believe it or Not museum. Some wild stuff out there!

The sentiment of this holiday is fabulous. I love that it was created so people can spend time with their families. It’s wonderful.

I hope everyone is having lovely long weekend. Life is a precious gift that we must cherish, and spend with those near and dear to our hearts xo
