This service was created to provide clients who are planning to renovate, or decorate their home/cottage and need direction on where to begin.
Or perhaps you have a short-term rental property and want to increase its potential. Debra will connect with you over video to discuss your space. During this time, she will support and guide your design decisions and direction, as well as answer any of your questions.
Debra will give guidance on the following:
Floor plan layout
Short term rental property consulting
Decorating including what stores and brands to consider when shopping
Paint and wall paper treatments - drapery/window treatments
Cabinetry and built-ins - kitchen, vanities, any and all custom millwork
Fixtures, finishes and trim selections
Construction and renovation ideas
Exterior and landscaping design
The goal is to help you curate the perfect space suited for you or your potential renters. If you're looking for furniture placement, layering tips, help with choice of materials or maybe just need to feel inspired, this is the perfect solution!
Online: $1200
In person: $1800 (Only available within the GTA)
All consultation times are in EST. Following your booking, you will receive a Zoom link and payment instructions. Payment must be made within 24hrs after booking your consultation, or your spot will be released back into the system.

How to prepare for your consulation:
Preparation can be as minimal or thorough as you feel is necessary to accomplish your goals from your consultation. Generally, we suggest putting together a document or presentation that includes the following: a simple floor plan, photos of the space(s) you need help with, and questions you’d like answered. Additionally, you can include inspiration images and furniture/decor being considered.
What to expect from your consultation:
Prep Time: Debra to review all images and documents submitted
Duration: 60 minutes video conference
Follow up: 60 minutes to prepare and send over your document summarizing all suggestions discussed during the consultation.
Debra will guide you and provide ideas during your video call. A team member will also be a part of your call to ensure all the information is accurately recorded and given to you. We will follow up with a document that summarizes your consultation and provide any inspiration photos, links or sources that pertain to the items discussed during your consultation.
